My female cat was urinating blood and I was able to get a same day emergency appointment. The staff was friendly, understanding, the office is cozy, and the Dr. was very kind, upfront about cost, and provided concise non-vague directions and guidance.
What prompted me to write a review, was the veterinary practice manager Brittney. She was patient, very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She answered my many questions and reduced my anxiety regarding the situation immensely.
I did however find the road to get there as someone from the East end a little confusing, but worth it! Highly recommend
